Risk Management Evaluation

All pregnant patient wil be contacted as soon as referred to our service for risk assesment. A standardized interview will be conducted by phone for the purpose of identifying risk factors that could affect maternal or fetal health. If such factors are identified the provider will be notified and relevant referrals will be recommended. Follow up assesment at approximately 28 weeks of gestation for the development of risk factors is also provided.
